Excluding Criteria:

• If Leader didn’t grow to new level by end of November 2020 will be excluded

• If Leader didn’t add new splitout after the first 3 months he will be excluded

• If Leader is not showing discipline should be outbased after ASM feedback

• In case of any Code of ethics situation Leader will be exluded
