Security of your Personal Information

Oriflame (Egypt) Website secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. It secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. 

1. This document is a template of a Privacy Policy for use by Oriflame business in relation to the collection, storage and use of non-sensitive personal data of our consultants. It is designed to cover the processing of the data collected online (electronic registrations) but also in traditional manner. 2. It is required that this Policy is implemented by all the markets going to www.oriflame.com.eg and made accessible on their websites. The markets not on the website may implement this Policy but it must be checked locally whether the statements given in it are accurate with regard to the V3 set-up of your website etc. i.e. if the ways of collecting the data and the consents is as presented herein. 3. The markets required to implement this Policy shall: a. Review it locally in order to check if it is compliant with the local requirements with regard to personal data protection and if it is complete with regard to the data you collect and the way you use them. If substantial changes are needed they shall be discussed with your group regional legal function (if you are not sure who is it please contact Group Legal Department). b. Amend it by inserting the data of the company collecting the data and other locally specific information. All such places are marked in this template in green highlight. There are also relevant comments to facilitate proper localizations. When filling in the relevant data all such comments shall be removed. c. Translate it to local language of the relevant country where we collect the data of the consultants d. Publish it on the website of Oriflame entity which collects such data in an online application form for the purpose of supplying goods or services to users of the site, or for contacting users with direct marketing information. The online registration shall have the tick the box part whereby the registering person would accept this policy (in V4 it is one tick box for Terms and for the Privacy Policy so both documents should be accessible under the link next to the tick box). e. Made available to the consultants registering in other than electronic way upon the registration. The non-digital registration form shall contain the statement of the consultant that he approved the Privacy Policy. It is market responsibility to decide in what way the consultants registering and ordering off line will be notified about the existence of the Policy. This is crucial that we can document that the people whose data we process are acquainted with this policy and have an easy access to it.
