Yarrow is a flowering herb with a multitude of uses in herbal medicine, renowned for its soothing qualities and used since ancient times. In fact, the versatile herb’s Latin name harks back to the ancient Greek myths and Trojan war hero Achilles, who used the herb to soothe the injuries of his war companions.
