How can I make a claim?

Log on to your account and then go to Order –> Claims –> Claims . Choose relevant invoice number & relevant action and then follow the instructions.

You will be prompt when specific information is required. Once the claim is completed you need to save it and send. Customer Care Team will review your claim during their opening hours.

 

Oriflame Customer Care Team will review your claim approve or not 

 

If approved Oriflame Customer Care Team Sent notification to courier company to go and collect the items

 

After arrival of claimed items to Wearhouse , and checked by Wearhouse team, confirmed to customer service ,claimed to be processed in system
